Delivery is free anywhere in Lagos on orders over ₦50,000.
How it works
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, at the weekend, or on a public holiday go out on the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays.
Once your parcel leaves us you get a WhatsApp message with the courier and a tracking reference. Nationwide orders go by courier; Lagos orders go by our own dispatch riders, who will call you when they are close.
Getting it right first time
Add a landmark, a gate colour, or a floor to the delivery notes at checkout. Lagos addresses are frequently ambiguous and the single biggest cause of a failed delivery is a rider who cannot find the gate. If a delivery fails because nobody was reachable, a second attempt is chargeable at the original rate.
Fragile goods
Everything ships in rigid boxes with moulded inserts. If something arrives broken, that is our problem — see the returns policy.
International
We do not currently ship outside Nigeria. Shipping flammable liquids across borders carries cost and customs risk we cannot yet pass on to you honestly.
